and also by helping you answer some problems that may have already occurred.

How are my orders
sent out?
Answer.
When all of your
items are in stock they will be sent out using "APC overnight
carriers". To find your local depot of APC call: 01922
702560 or visit
www.apc-overnight.com

What happens if some
of my items are out of stock?
Answer.
If some of your items
are out of stock you will be informed. Either on the website when you order,
or by email after the time of ordering. You will then have the option to wait
for all your items to become available, or have your items sent out separately.
If you decide to have your items sent out separately there will be an addition
carriage fee.

How long does in
take to receive my order?
Answer.
Orders place before
12.00pm on the days Monday to Thursday will be sent out on next day delivery,
(providing all of your items are in stock). Orders placed between 12.00pm Thursday
& 12.00pm Friday will be dispatch Friday afternoon, delivered to you on Monday.
Any orders placed after 12.00pm Friday will be dispatch on Monday. In other
words get your orders in, early in the week!!!

I want to order some
driveshafts, how do i go about it?
Answer.
If you are ordering
standard type driveshafts for an "Autograss" car the first thing to
do is order your driveshafts on our shopping site. When you have placed an ordered
you will be given an order Number. What you need to do next is open and view
the "Driveshaft Information" page on our website and email us with
the overall length, spline type & size. Also included your order Number
on the email so we can relate it to your order.
